At ON THE BRINK we work with clients at three different levels. With some clients, we operate at all three levels simultaneously, on an ongoing basis; with others we might work in one area only, for a limited time. We're very flexible, working with you to match our capabilities to your needs and budget.
- Executive Coaching and Consulting
Working directly with owners, founders, and upper management of small businesses, regarding the needs and challenges of both the business and the person. This work might encompass life coaching around the individual and their interaction with their business, or it might be more directly focused on specific business issues that need to be improved or changed.
- Program Development and Training
This level covers a broad range of developing programs for customer service and relationship marketing, including appropriate employee training, and carrying through to administration and supervision of programs including providing mystery shopping.
- Direct, Hands-On Services
Often small businesses find themselves in need of specialized services that are most efficiently acquired by an outside provider rather than internal staff. We provide many of these services, such as custom FileMaker databases, web site design and maintenance, writing and editing services, and financial management.
